Ines Meneses
Vice-President of Learning & Operations
Ines Meneses coordinates the team so we play and work together seamlessly. She has been called “cat wrangler” for her ability to bring the creatives together as One. She is also responsible for the replication and expansion of sharing Alexandra’s teachings while preserving their essence.
Ines has been inspiring growth and developing skills in others as a professional facilitator and coach for 15 years. Prior to that she worked as a global project manager for Motorola.
She holds an MBA in Information Management from University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s from FGV, a Brazilian top business school. She is certified in Appreciative Inquiry by Case Western University, Advanced Spiritual Psychology by University of Santa Monica, as PMP (Project Management Professional) by Project Management Institute, and as Coach by Integrated Coaching Institute.
Ines holds a third degree black belt in Aikido, the Japanese martial art of harmony, balance, and victory over one’s self. She is Brazilian and she has shared her life between Brazil and the US. She currently lives with her husband near some woods in metro Detroit.

Adam Heyes is a multidisciplinary creative and business developer, whose clients have included transformational teachers, filmmakers, artists, musicians, counselors, healing practitioners, rehabilitation centers, green technologies, and medical doctors.
Adam has had a diverse and robust professional background. Adam served as Finance Director for a major California state senate campaign. He has helped to launch and edit several blogs for the Huffington Post. Adam served as Director of Business Development for Awake to Love, supporting Michael and Alisha Hayes to launch their first series of public events. Adam served as Director of Fundraising with From the Heart Productions, helping hundreds of filmmakers with their fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns, and continues to work with From the Heart as his client to this day. He worked extensively with two award winning From the Heart documentaries, Ground Operations about sustainable farming for veterans, and Take Back Your Power about the dangers of Smart Meters.
Adam graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA with a degree in Psychology, and holds a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Adam is a black belt in Pyong An Do Wan Kung Fu and an avid yogi. Adam also offers spiritually based counseling, life coaching, sound healing, and many other healing modalities. Adam currently serves as Vice President of One Field, the company behind all of TransGnosis’ courses, design, and marketing.
Mayukh Saha

Mayukh Saha is a Digital Marketing Consultant with a multidisciplinary approach towards all things Social. Mayukh has over 6 years of experience in the Digital Marketing and Social Media space. He has previously worked as a Graphic Designer, Content Copywriter and Social Media Manager for various media companies, blogs and small businesses before starting his career as a consultant.
Mayukh runs a small team of highly talented individuals through his Digital Marketing Startup company, Noetbook Media. He believes in working with purpose driven and impactful companies, agencies and businesses and help them reach out to more people online. Some of the clients Mayukh and Noetbook Media have worked with include Impact Agency, Innerlight Media, Rottweiler Life, Real Truth Intl, The Spiritual Warriors, Truth Theory, The Planet Voice, BeFearsomeUK, The Noble Movement Academy, PickTheBrain by Erin Falconer, Universoul Awakening, The Armenian Reporter, The Minds Journal, Conscious Reminder, to name a few.
